About Brown Sensei (Chief Instructor)

Sensei Mike Brown received his training from his mentor O'Sensei Brian Frost.
He trained under him for 30 years and has attained the rank of Rokudan (6th degree black belt).
During that time, he has competed and placed in numerous tournaments at both the national and international levels.
He's traveled with O'Sensei Frost to different areas of the country to teach and help train other karateka.
He has also been an intricate part of many demonstrations across the country.

Sensei Brown has received numerous awards for his service and loyalty to the Koei Kan system.
He is a licensed instructor and has now been named to the advisory board of directors for the Koei Kan system.
Through his dedicated training in Koei-Kan, he has become well rounded in the physical, mental as well as historical areas of the system.
